The Ultimate Warriors Open Taekwondo Championships was founded in 2025 by Grandmaster Augustine Torkornoo, Master Will Pace, and Master David Adjetey with a shared vision of creating one of Utah's premier Taekwondo competitions.

Grandmaster Augustine Torkornoo is the Founder and Chief Instructor of the International Martial Arts Academy (IMAA) and a lifelong martial artist dedicated to developing strong leaders through Taekwondo. Known for his passion for teaching and mentoring, he emphasizes the core tenets of Taekwondo—Courtesy, Integrity, Perseverance, Self-Control, and Indomitable Spirit.
Master Will Pace is an accomplished Taekwondo instructor, competitor, and leader with a passion for helping athletes reach their highest potential. Through years of coaching and mentoring students, he has built a reputation for excellence, professionalism, and sportsmanship.
Master David Adjetey is a respected martial artist, instructor, and mentor who is dedicated to preserving the traditions of Taekwondo while helping students develop confidence, discipline, and strong character.
